Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of leadlatch.biz and the lead-capture, messaging, booking and CRM services provided by LeadLatch ("LeadLatch," "we"), a Wisconsin business operated by William Duchaine. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

  • LeadLatch is a month-to-month subscription. Plans and prices are shown on the site; the Founding Rate is limited to the first ten accounts and stays at that price for the life of the account.
  • Setup is included. We configure the system around your business, connect your phone number and email, and train you or your staff. You are responsible for the content of the messages you choose to send your own customers and for having their consent to receive them.
  • Cancel any time with written notice; service ends at the close of the current billing month. No refunds for partial months.

Your data

  • Your contacts, conversations and records belong to you. On cancellation you may export them; we delete our copy after a reasonable period.
  • Text messages sent through your account must follow carrier rules and applicable law, including honoring STOP requests. Accounts used for spam or unlawful messaging may be suspended.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Founding Rate pricing applies only while the account remains continuously active.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Wisconsin law, LeadLatch's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost leads, lost business or lost profits, or for outages of the underlying platform or carriers, except where caused by our gross negligence.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program. When you call or text the LeadLatch demo line or give us your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from LeadLatch about your request, demo scheduling, follow-ups and occasional service updates or offers.

  • Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your request.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further.
  • Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (414) 501-7700.
  • No condition of purchase. Consent to texts is not required to buy any service from us.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. How we handle your number is described in our privacy policy. Your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
