This policy explains what information LeadLatch ("LeadLatch," "we"), a Wisconsin business operated by William Duchaine collects when you use leadlatch.biz or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. LeadLatch is a small, locally owned company; we collect only what we need to answer you and set up the service you ask for.
Information we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email address and the description of your problem when you use the contact form, email us, or call us.
- Your phone number, only when you call or text us. Calling or texting our demo line is the only way leadlatch.biz collects a phone number for text messaging. No form on this site collects a phone number.
- Service records. Notes about the setup we build for your business, so we can support it later.
- Basic website data. Standard server logs and, if enabled, anonymous analytics (pages visited, browser type). We do not sell this data.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule a demo, and set up and support your account.
- To text or call you about your service, appointment or quote when you have asked us to.
- To keep records of the setup and support we provide.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our phone, text, email, scheduling and billing tools on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Text messaging (SMS) privacy
When you call or text our demo line, or give us your number, you consent to receive text messages from LeadLatch about your request, demo scheduling, follow-ups and occasional service updates or offers.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Message frequency varies by your request. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (414) 501-7700.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Your choices
- Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Opt out of email by replying with "unsubscribe."
Data security and retention
Your information is stored in access-controlled business systems. Service records are kept for as long as you remain a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for warranty and support purposes, then deleted.
Children
Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
